Germany — A 28-year-old woman is lucky to be alive after woman after she was dragged behind a car with a rope which was tied around her neck.
According to preliminary information, the male driver tied a rope around the woman’s neck on Sunday before fastening it to his car’s trailer coupling.
He then drove through the town of Hameln, in the German state of Lower Saxony, pulling the woman behind him.
The badly injured woman was found on a footpath and was transported to hospital by helicopter.
The suspect later turned himself in at a police station where he was then arrested.
