Manchester United have unveiled maverick striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic and are close to completing a deal for Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
The two attacking talents are set to be the new stars of coach Jose Mourinho’s frontline next season.
Last season Ibra, 34, scored 50 goals for French champions Paris Saint-Germain and has won league titles in four different countries since beginning his professional career with Malmo in 1999.
The Swede says: “I am absolutely delighted to be joining Manchester United and am looking forward to playing in the Premier League.
“It goes without saying that I cannot wait to work with Jose Mourinho once again.
“I am now ready to create more special memories in England.”
Mourinho adds: “Zlatan needs no introduction. Ibra is one of the best strikers in the world and a player who always gives 100 percent.”
Meanwhile, Borussia Dortmund have accepted a reported £26m bid for Armenia captain Mkhitaryan, cashing in on a player who was out of contract at the end of next season.
The 27-year-old Bundesliga Players’ Player of the Season in 2015-16 is yet to have a medical at Old Trafford, work permit approved and personal terms are still to be agreed.
