There were hugs and squeals of delight when TV and radio presenter Leigh-Anne Williams was reunited with her dancing bestie Johannes Radebe.
The two were dance partners on TV show Strictly Come Dancing last year and made it to the finale of the competition, but were beaten by Karlien van Jaarsveld and her partner Devon Snell.
After the reality show, in which professional dancers are paired up with celebs, Johannes, 29, from Sasolburg, joined the energetic ballroom production, Burn The Floor.
The show is described as “ballroom dancing on steroids”, is currently on circuit at the Baxter Theatre till June 12.
After the show, Leigh-Anne , 32, waited for her bestie with a big bunch of blomme.
The Belhar meisie says she last saw her pal a year ago: “We voice note all the time and he calls me from which ever country he is in.”
Johannes says: “Strictly Come Dancing was a platform for all the incredible things that are happening in my life right now. Seeing Leigh-Anne brings back only good memories.”
And no, romance is not on the cards, the two are like brother and sister and as Leigh-Anne points out: “Our friendship just grew and grew on national TV for all to see.”
The Expresso TV presenter is single and ready to mingle: “If I can find a guy who’s half the man Johannes is, I’ll be very lucky.”
