FOCUSED: Tottenham yster Toby Alderweireld

Tottenham rock Toby Alderweireld says the current crop are “100 percent” focused on winning a trophy.

And he and his double-chasing teammates will be going all out at Wembley against Premier League rivals Chelsea in tomorrow’s FA Cup semifinal (6.15pm).

The Belgian defender says: “With this team, and with the people working for it, we will get a trophy – 100 percent. If it is not this season, then it will be the one after.

“We will do everything we can to make it happen this season.”

Chelsea backliner Gary Cahill, meanwhile, is hoping the Blues will bounce back from their defeat at Manchester United on Sunday.

He says: “It’s a great opportunity to go into a final.

“Every top player enjoys big games and this is a huge one at the weekend. But you only enjoy them if you win them. That’s our focus, to win and then get back to the League.”

Sunday’s second semifinal sees Arsenal take on Manchester City who are both desperate to get something from disappointing seasons.

For the Gunners, 2014 final goal hero Aaron Ramsey is hoping for that winning feeling at Wembley again where they have won on their last six visits.

The midfielder says: “We have had a bit of success there. Hopefully we can continue that. We haven’t had this line-up in the semi-finals of the FA Cup for a long time so it’s going to be very tough from here.

‘If you want to win it, you have got to beat everyone in front of you.

“The FA Cup is fantastic with plenty of great stories to be told from down the years.”
