Manchester United boss José Mourinho is not done revamping his squad.

The Special One may have broken the world record for a transfer when he got his “final piece of the puzzle” in Paul Pogba, but reports in the UK
suggest Jose is ready for some last-minute shopping.

Ahead of tomorrow’s transfer deadline, the Portuguese is looking for an experienced central defender and an elite-level rightback.

Southampton captain José Fonte and AS Monaco’s Brazil international Fabinho have been linked to moves to Old Trafford and both fit the profile.

Portugal’s Fonte is the man Jose is looking to for the central defensive berth with the club ready to send Phil Jones out on loan.

And 22-year-old rightback Fabinho has been linked to United for some time now with Matteo Darmian being ousted by Antonio Valencia on the right side of defence.

In an effort to make room for the new central defender, United have also been working on a deal to sell Marcos Rojo to Valencia as one replacement for Arsenal-bound
Shkodran Mustafi.
