One of them will most likely be on the side of the scrum, where flanker Jean-Luc du Preez looks set to come in for the injured Oupa Mohoje.
Du Preez starred when he replaced
Mohoje in the 14th minute of the 37-15 win in Durban last weekend.
The 21-year-old was a late inclusion in the squad after Duane Vermeulen was pulled out because of injury, but has since carved open his way into the starting XV.
And his impressed boss says: “There is also an opportunity to build capacity [leading up to the Rugby Championship later this year].
“And with a performance like Jean-Luc, there is an opportunity for him in order to make sure that we build that capacity in the team.
“There might be one or two other changes, but definitely not wholesale changes.”
One of those changes might come on the wing where Dillyn Leyds has had minimal game time off the bench in the first two Tests.
With Jesse Kriel fit again, Coetzee might also make some changes to his midfield.
The experienced Francois Steyn is another option to bring into the centre of the park when Coetzee names his team on Thursday.
