TEAM EFFORT: The Stormers

Stormers target unbeaten Saders

The Stormers will set out to do what no other Super Rugby team has done so far this year: beat the Crusaders.

Coach Robbie Fleck’s men face the unbeaten New Zealanders at the AMI Stadium tomorrow morning (9.35am).

And after losing their undefeated status to the Lions last weekend, the Capetonians know they will be up against it in Christchurch and will have to front up big time if they want to win the match.

With seven All Blacks in their pack, Kieran Read and his pelle are favourites.

Fleck, though, will not back down from the challenge and selected the harregat Eben Etzebeth as captain for the match.

With Siya Kolisi rested as part of the South African Rugby agreement, it is expected that Etzebeth will lead the team with an in-your-face attitude.

And with lock Pieter-Steph du Toit moving to flank, it’s clear that the Stormers will look to counterattack the giants of the Crusaders pack with a physical approach up front.
