Anele Mdoda is becoming SA’s very own Oprah, as she gets celebs to open their hearts, and mouths, about their inner most feelings.
Singer Kelly Khumalo is the latest celeb to fall under Anele’s spell, spilling her secrets on Real Talk on Wednesday, when she revealed that her two children will never get to know their respective fathers’ families, at least not until they’re 18.
Kelly has a two-year-old daughter with slain Bafana Bafana Captain Senzo Meyiwa, and a six-year old son with convicted killer Molemo “Jub Jub” Maarohanye.
She tried to squash rumours but just created more skinnerstories when she admitted to Anele that she’s keeping little Thingo away from Senzo’s family because they treated her badly after his death.
The soccer star was killed on 26 October 2014 during an alleged armed robbery at Kelly’s family home in Vosloorus.
Senzo’s father has slammed Kelly for her involvement with his married son, often blaming her for his death, and calling her a “curse”.
Kelly has in the past spoken out about getting a restraining order against Jub Jub when he’s released from prison.
She says the rapper’s family has been kinder to her.
Real Talk is on SABC3 on weekdays at 4pm.
