Salt and pepper to taste
Two tablespoons of flour
Sweet and sour sauce
Semi cook some potatoes, butternut and carrots (3/4 soft)
Take half an onion and mix peppers and chopped it chunky
Add some mushrooms
Mix it with a few chopped sausage pieces
Add salt and pepper to taste
Put everything in an oven-proof dish
Braise half an onion in a little oil in a pan
Mix two tablespoons of flour in a standard glass of water until flour is dissolved
Add one tablespoon of sweet and sour sauce to the flour mixture and pour over the sausages and vegetables.
Mix through and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes and grill it for a further five minutes.
