‘Prophet of Doom’ needs a kop test

MIRACLE CLAIM: Pastor Lethebo Rabalago

Limpopo Health Department: We might be dealing with a person whose mental state is not sound.

The Limpopo Doom Prophet might have to undergo a psychiatric evaluation.

Pastor Lethebo Rabalago was photographed spraying Doom on worshippers at the Mount Zion General Assembly church in Limpopo.

He claims the mutli-insect killer is more than just a household insecticide but also rids his worshippers of evil spirits.

Now the Limpopo Health Department is considering doing a psychiatric evaluation when they meet with the Prophet.

Limpopo Health MEC Phophi Ramathuba tells EWN: “We strongly believe from the symptoms, and the behavioural patterns, that we might be dealing with a person whose mental state is not sound.”

The Prophet claims that he has been told by a higher power about the healing effects of Doom.

In the pictures he is seen spraying the gogga killer in people’s faces and on their legs.

The Commission for the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of Cultural Religious and Linguistic Communities released a statement condemning Rabalago’s actions, but say unless people lay charges with police, there is nothing they can do.

Tiger Brands, the manufacturers of Doom has warned of the health risks of using the aerosol insecticide incorrectly, inhaling it and spraying it onto the skin.
