It’s the start of a new month, and if you haven’t realised yet, we are now officially in the second half of the year.
If you’re in a naughty mood, we have just the party for you.
On Saturday, the Playboy Playmates are bouncing into town and will be at The Shimmy Beach Club.
Playboy discontinued its print magazine three years ago and is now only available online, in a digital format.
Past Playmates like Tracey McGregor, Yolandi Malherbe and Leonie Valentine will be partying it up at Shimmy for the End Of The Era Party.
It goes without saying that this is a strictly no under-18s event.
Resident Shimmy Beach DJs will be on the decks.
Tickets are R100 and available at the door, the party starts at 9pm.
For a more family-friendly event, tonight The Buskers, Morné Holland and Elton November, are going to rock Ocean View.
The pair became famous after a video of them performing on a train went viral, and turned them into internet stars.
The broke up two weeks after hitting the limelight but have since reunited.
They have now put together a show called The Journey and they will tell their life stories through music.
The duo have produced the show themselves and say it’s the first of a series of musical concerts they intend having.
It’s all happening at Ocean View High School Hall and tickets are R80 for adults and R40 for kids.
