Oumie’s Chinese Food


500g Spaghetti

1.5kg beef strips

Carrots, peeled and julienned

Onions, sliced

Red pepper, sliced

Green pepper, sliced

Cabbage, shredded, nice chunks


Half a cup of soya Sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

10ml oil (if you want)


Boil pasta separately, drain and set aside.

Add butter and 5ml oil to a deep pan or wok and fry veggies for five minutes.

Remove from heat and allow to cool.

Use a pan to heat the rest of the oil, add in the beef strips.

Fry for 5 minutes, add half a cup of soya sauce, salt and pepper, fry for two more minutes, and remove from heat.

Get a huge bowl and mix the veggies, beef and pasta together.

And voila. Oumie se Chinese kos is klaar.
