The drama began when Gigaba’s wife, Norma, made startling revelations during a three-part interview with eNCA, in which she spoke about a range of issues, including the cheating scandal that recently rocked her marriage.
Norma divulged that the affair had a great impact, not only on their marriage, but also on both her and her husband’s families.
Following this, Gigaba’s ex-mistress Buhle Mkhize took to Twitter and called Norma out for “lying” in the interview.
In an explosive rant, Mkhize lashed out at Norma for calling her a prostitute and warned her to stop before things took an even uglier turn.
Gigaba also spoke out on the interview during his appearance in parliament, denying his wife had attended any official meetings with him during his tenure as Home Affairs minister.
He said Shivambu’s statements were “fundamentally untrue” and ordered him to leave his wife out of politics.
Shivambu took exception to this and tweeted that Gigaba’s wife spoke “with extreme mediocrity about politics and how she’s provided IT solutions to Home Affairs, yet he (Gigaba) cries foul when we ask him”.

The EFF leader then followed that up with another tweet, following Mkhize's Twitter rant, blasting Gigaba for his lack of wisdom.
It looks looks like Buhle disagrees that the Gupta Minister is "not that cheap". I knew i couldn't take any advice from him. He lacks wisdom
