The families of a 68-year-old woman and a 51-year-old man who died in a horrific car accident in 35th Avenue, Elsies River, on Sunday evening say they are still in the dark about what led up to the crash.
Witnesses say four of the passengers, including a little boy, flew out of the silver Opel Corsa when the driver apparently lost control of the car and collided with a white Toyota Corolla and then smashed into a light pole.
The driver of the Corsa and three minors with serious injuries were rushed to hospital.
Margarita Holloway was seated next to the driver and crashed through the windscreen.
Her body was sprawled on the bonnet of the car and she died on the scene.
The other deceased, David Black, also went through a window on impact and landed on the curb. He also died on scene.
