This comes after Mandela, who was hauled before the Joburg Family Court for not paying papgeld, requested the test during his last hearing on February 21.
The 26-year-old grandson of Nelson Mandela's was arrested in January.
Kheswa maintained all along that Mandela was the father of her daughter and he needed to play his part in her upbringing.
“The reason I agreed to do the paternity test is because I wanted what is best for my child, I am happy that this process is final. Going through it was tedious and draining,” Kheswa said.
The matter will be heard on May 10.
