Just a day after speaking out over her fears that her ex would kill her fiancé, Ciara decided to take the plunge anyway, and got married to Russell Wilson.
The singer and the football player tied the knot at a lavish ceremony at Peckforton Castle in Liverpool, England, on Wednesday night.
Friends and family ooh’d and aah’d at the bride’s sexy Roberto Cavalli wedding gown, a white frock showing plenty of cleavage.
The bride later tweeted a picture of herself and her footballer hubby saying: “We are The Wilsons!”
Kelly Rowland and Jennifer Hudson were just two of the many special guests at the nuptials.
And no, rapper Future who threatened his baby mama’s new hubby Russell, 27, in a new track was not in attendance.
Meanwhile, Ciara, 30, was reportedly feeling the nerves earlier the morning.
A source said at the time: “Ciara has been getting ready all morning. She has all of her bridesmaids helping her. It was hard for her to sleep last night. She is so nervous but so excited for today.”
And the couple apparently smaak mekaar stukkend and couldn’t wait to take the big step.
An insider shared: “The rehearsal dinner was beautiful. Ciara and Russell couldn’t keep their hands off of each other. The love was strong in the room.”
