Kelly Moses, 16, and Aneekah Ismail, 23, disappeared six days ago.

Family member releases statement about missing friends being found.

In breaking news this morning, the Daily Voice has learnt through a post shared on Facebook, allegedly on behalf of Aneekah’s family, that both young women are alive and will be reunited with their families soon.

Aneekah Ismail, 23, and Kelly Moses, 16, went missing six days ago.

“Assalamu Alaikum Dear Brothers and Sisters. I just wanted to inform everyone that Alhamdullilah we got confirmation that my sister Aneekah Ismail&Friend Kelly Moses are safe and will be coming home inshAllah. That is all the information we can share right now please keep us in your duas and may Allah SWT reward each and everyone for your love and support.

Please respect our families privacy we will pass out further information when we are ready inshAllah. Alhamdullilah Allah is Great. [from] Shafiek,Aaliyah and family. (sic)”.

Dessie Rechner, the Director of The Pink Ladies Ladies, issued a statement this morning: “The missing girls from Athlone and Mitchells Plain have been found.”

The details surrounding their whereabouts and safe return are still unknown.
