Muslims celebrated Eid-ul-Adha on the Cape Flats in style yesterday.
The Daily Voice visited some communities where mense, young and old, dressed in their finest, went to say slamat to family and friends.
Many of the youngsters showed off their kwaai nuwe klere.
After mosque in the morning, people did their first round of greetings.
Then it was time for the big Labarang lunch, where there was lekker biryani and puddings to be enjoyed.
And, of course, more handshakes and kisses followed.
