To all the computer nerds out there, there’s hope for you.
Snapchat co-founder and billionaire CEO Evan Spiegel and Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr are engaged to be married.
A thrilled Miranda announced the news in an Instagram post on Wednesday.
“I said yes!” the Victoria’s Secret model wrote in the caption of a black-and-white photo of a diamond ring, overlaid with two Bitmoji characters and the words “Marry Me!”
The lovebirds met in 2014 and have been dating for just over two years.
A spokesman for the CEO also told Mail Online: “They are extremely happy”.
The 33-year-old Aussie model – who is seven years her fiancé’s senior – was previously married to the actor Orlando Bloom; they divorced in 2013.
Miranda has five-year-old son Flynn with the Pirates of the Caribbean star.
Spiegel, 26, a social media mogul said to be worth R30 billion, even gets on well with her ex, a source said.
The sexy supermodel previously opened up about her now husband-to-be in an interview with The EDIT magazine.
She said: “He’s 25, but he acts like he’s 50. He’s not out partying. He goes to work in Venice [Beach], he comes home.
“We don’t go out. We’d rather be at home and have dinner, go to bed early. [But] in some ways he does [feel like a younger man]. I’m telling you, I’ve got the best of both worlds.”
Sounds like it!
