INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 100g Lindt 70% cocoa chocolate
- 100g butter
- 50g castor sugar
- 10g sifted flour (extra butter and flour)
METHOD
Melt chocolate over double boiler, add butter and stir well until both are melted together. Whisk eggs with yolks and sugar until creamy.
Fold egg mixture into chocolate, GENTLY fold in sieved flour. Butter and flour 6 ramekins (small glass dishes for single servings), pour mixture ¾ full and leave to set for 10 minutes.
Bake at 180ºC for 8 to 9 minutes, turn out and plate.
