Ingredients
2 cups sugar
3 cups cake flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups water
1 cup Sunfoil Pure Sunflower Oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
250g speckled eggs
Method
Heat oven to 175⁰C. In a large bowl mix sugar, sifted flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa. Add water, Sunfoil Pure Sunflower Oil, vinegar and vanilla essence. Beat by hand until smooth.
Spray a 25cm square baking tin with Spray and Cook and pour mixture into tin. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean.
Ice and decorate as desired.
Decorate with speckled eggs.
