Jurgen Klopp defended leftback Alberto Moreno after his nightmare against Arsenal last week.
The underfire defender looks set to start tomorrow’s game against Burnley, while Liverpool look for defensive cover.
Klopp says: “I’m sorry people aren’t happy with Alberto Moreno.
“We know that if Alberto is injured we do not have a clear left back but we have other options.
“Milly [James Milner] can play. Clyney [Nathaniel Clyne] played it before.
Mamadou Sakho is yet to begin full training, while Liverpool have been linked with Feyenoord’s Holland defender Bruno Martins Indi.
Meanwhile, new winger Sadio Mane is a major doubt for the clash at Turf Moor against the Clarets after a shoulder injury in training.
