Kate Middleton is taking the paparazzi to the cleaners.
Six reporters, photographers and media chiefs are going to stand trial in France for publishing topless photos of Britain’s Duchess of Cambridge.
The pictures were published in 2012 and were snapped when Kate was in the south of France with her hubby Prince William and was topless on the balcony.
The kaal pictures first appeared in a French daily newspaper in September 2012 and then later in the popular magazine Closer.
The royal family laid complaints of invasion of privacy and now the matter is going to trial early next year.
The accused could face hefty fines and even jail time.
