Moroka is back in Generations and this time it’s third time lucky.
Connie Ferguson, who plays Karabo Moroka, confirmed that she will be returning to Generations: The Legacy next year.
Generations spokesperson Gaaratwe Mokhethi told Tshisa Live that Connie Ferguson has returned and recently started shooting with the show.
Mokhethi also said the cast and crew are excited for her return.
Fans can expect to see their favourite Moroka in January 2017 on their screens, but the length of her stay will be determined by the storyline of her character.
“She will be on screens for as long as her storyline needs her. The character of Karabo has always been key to the show,” Mokhethi said.
Connie was part of the original Generations cast when the show launched in 1994.
In 2014, after 16 Generations actors were fired from the show, it was Connie who helped re-launch the soapie months later with a new look and name, Generations: The Legacy.
