It’s rich v poor

Premier League weekend fixtures.

Hull City host Manchester United on Saturday in a contest which pits one of the league’s biggest spenders with a club which hasn’t spent a single penny this summer.

You should be able to put your mortgage on José Mourinho’s men winning this weekend’s fixture at the KCOM Stadium, but it will be no easy feat as Hull have already shown they have the character to impress, despite being billed as underdogs.

Wayne Rooney and his United teammates and Hull are two of four teams who have a 100 percent record after the first two Premier League games of the season, so something will have to give when they meet on Saturday evening (6.30pm).

The other big match of the weekend sees Liverpool travel to White Hart Lane to face Tottenham Hotspur, while Manchester City host West Ham United at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday 5pm.
