Woman, 24, bust with 37 units of heroin under her pillow.

Cops have bust a young woman who allegedly hid a stash of heroin underneath her pillow while she slept.

Police swooped on the 24-year-old woman’s house on Monday in Athon Walk, Hanover Park.

While police searched the house, they found 37 units of heroin underneath the woman’s kussing, where she had been sleeping.

Police say the estimated street value of the drugs is R1 500.

The woman is expected to appear at the Athlone Magistrates’ Court this week on a charge of the illegal possession of drugs.

In a separate incident, a 21-year-old man was arrested after he was found in the possession of ammunition inside a house in Lansry Walk, Hanover Park.

Cops say the man was trying to hide from police.

In another incident, law enforcement officers found 20 glass tubes containing liquid cocaine at an empty house in Augulas Court, Hanover Park.

The drugs have an estimated street value of R2 000.
