A plattelandse family are looking for help to find their oupa who went missing three weeks ago.
Graig Niemand says they last saw his 87-year-old oupa George “Jors” Dunsdon on the morning of September 28 when he left his daughter Lydia Jacobs’ house in Mount Pleasant.
“He regularly goes on walks but because he has Alzheimers, he often can’t find his way back home,” explains Graig.
According to reports, George was last seen in the Onrus, Paradise Park area, outside Hermanus.
“We have also contacted the owner of Paardenberg Farm near Stanford where oupa grew up and worked his whole life because he often says he wants to go home,” says Graig.
“We suspect somebody might have given him a lift and that he is now unable to find his way back home.”
George was wearing a black and white check jacket, black jeans and shoes and a black wolmussie.
Anyone who has seen George can contact Graig on 082 310 7491 or Crime Stop on 08600 10111.
