The Stormers will force the issue to book a home Super Rugby quarterfinal with a win over the Force.
Coach Robbie Fleck says his team have had two aims for their tour to Australia – to win both their games and build momentum off the pitch.
And after their record 57-31 win on Aussie soil against the Rebels last week, they have accomplished half the job.
Now they are desperate to finish the job and hand a well-earned rest to some players with a week to spare before the playoffs.
Fleckie says: “With regard to our situation, there can be no complacency. We want to qualify [for the playoffs]
“For a home quarterfinal, we have to win our conference. So we are going all out to win this game.
“The team is motivated to do extremely well in this tour. We want to make it a memorable one. We got a record score in Australia in the last game and we’d like to better that performance.”
