An Eerste River family is pleading to the community for help to locate a missing teen girl.
Anocah Daniels, 17, left her parents’ house at noon on Friday, September 30, to go to the local garage shop around the corner but never returned.
The garage is located on the corner of Van Ster and Kleinvlei Road.
Her mother, Samantha Daniels, who is blind, believes her daughter has run away from home, but fears she may be in trouble as she never stayed away so long.
The mom has begged her teenage daughter to come home.
“If you just left, please come home, it has been 14 days now. We can sort this out, just come home. If anyone has her, please bring her home,” Samantha says before bursting into tears.
The family has already contacted all Anocah’s friends, but they have all said they have not seen the meisie.
Samantha says: “The uncertainty of not knowing where she is is killing us. I just hope she does not end up in the wrong hands, that’s my biggest fear.”
Police spokesperson, Noloyiso Rwexana, confirmed a missing persons case has been opened for investigation.
“The case is still ongoing as the girl is still missing,” Rwexana said.
