Fatima Sydow’s Masala Fried Snoek and Roe

SEASON your fish and kuite with salt, black pepper, turmeric and roasted masala.

Dip in flour.

Shallow fry for a minute on each side for the fish and two minutes on each side for the kuite on a medium to high heat.

When serving, drizzle with vinegar or squeeze over some fresh lemon juice.
