The Cape Cobras are rooted to the bottom of the Sunfoil Series table after their third defeat of the season.
The Titans buried the troubled Newlands side in with a painful innings and 50-run pak slae within three days.
The home side could only manage 235 and 115 in their challenge to the Titans’ first-innings 400 and started Saturday on 37/3 and needing a further 128 to make the Titans bat again. But the Cobras just couldn’t get things together — only Stiaan van Zyl resisted (65 & 32).
Titans spinner Shaun Berg was at the heart of the visitors’ success, claiming a superb 5/25 in 10 overs.
The 30-year-old also took 5/88 in the first innings to end with match figures of 10/113.
