Cape Town rocks music show in knock-out round.

The Cape Town singers made their voices heard on Sunday when the Live Shows of The Voice SA started.

Each of the judges could choose one of the four singers from their team to automatically progress to the next round.

Lira saved songstress Zoe Modiga who goes straight to the next round, skipping the public vote.

Zoe sang the Freshlyground hit “I Like” and afterwards thanked all her fans, writing on Instagram: “Phenomenal evening! Thank you for all the positive vibes and support. I’m flooded, I’m reading and loving.”

Robin Pieters from Kensington, who is also on team Lira, sang Bohemian Rhapsody and got a standing ovation from the judges.

Lira told Robin: “You’re just fabulous… fabulous, fabulous.”

Robin and fellow Capetonian Lana Crowster now need the public to get behind them and vote for them.

Bubbly Lana posted a funny video on her Instagram profile – wearing shades and talking in a British accent, she encouraged all her fans to vote for her.

Her crush on her Voice SA coach Bobby van Jaarsveld is also still very much evident.

On Sunday after belting out Doo Wop (That Thing), she made Bobby blush when she gushed: “You look fine coach… goddamn, you look fine!”

Bobby was wearing a tight T-shirt, showing off his spiere.

Voting closes on Thursday at midnight and the winners of this round will be announced on the next Live Show on Sunday on M-Net.
