If you’ve ever wanted to be in an action movie, now’s your chance to see if you have what it takes to be the next Jet Li.
The Grind 2 is an action-packed obstacle course that is set up at the Bellville Velodrome and kicks into high gear on Saturday.
The first one took place back in April and it was a load of fun.
The course is designed to test your speed, endurance and technical skills and amateurs are welcome to sign up.
It includes gymnastics, martial arts and track and field, and mense participate in groups and then get eliminated.
Athletes run the course in batches of five to 15 people every five to 10 minutes; the fastest five times per batch get entered into the next round.
There’s great prizes to be won – the male and female winner each get a cool R10 000.
There’s a smaller mini-obstacle course for the tots so they won’t feel left out.
The underdog (amateur) entry is R250 and a spectator ticket is R30 for 13 years and older.
The fun starts at 9am.
It’s time to bust a move at the sixth annual Dance Project’s Most Wanted, which is back at the Artscape Theatre.

The show starts at 8pm tonight and at 2pm on Saturday afternoon.
Tickets R80 at Computicket.
