Bieber deletes Instagram to defend new love

DATING: Justin, 22, and his new model girlfriend Sofia, 17.

Singer quits social media after fans diss his girlfriend.

Beliebers have been left devastated after their idol quit social media.

Justin Bieber closed his Instagram account after threatening to make it private if fans didn’t stop insulting his new girlfriend — 17-year-old model Sofia Richie.

The pop star’s decision to delete his Instagram account also led to a public spat between him and his ex, Selena Gomez, who accused him of jolling behind her back when they were dating.

After the warning, Bieber set his account to private before restoring it to the public setting, so supporters could see his pictures again.

But he then removed it completely.

When some of his 77.8 million followers tried to access his Instagram account, a message popped up reading: “Sorry, this page isn’t available.

“The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed. Go back to Instagram.”

Bieber’s ex-goose Selena Gomez had no sympathy for his plight.

She wrote: “If you can’t handle the hate then stop posting pictures of your girlfriend lol — it should be special between you two only. “Don’t be mad at your fans. They love you (sic).”

An unhappy Justin replied: “It’s funny to see people that used me for attention and still try to point the finger this way. Sad. All love. I’m not one for anyone receiving hate. Hope u all can be kind to my friends and each other. And yes I love my beliebers (sic).”

Selena then accused Justin of cheating “multiple times” during their on-off relationship to which he replied: “I cheated… Oh and I forgot about you and Zayn (sic),” which is believed to refer to former One Direction singer Zayn Malik.

Selena previously said she wouldn’t mind “being seen” with Zayn.
